• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human FCGR2A consists of 196 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and predicts a molecular mass of 22 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 30 kDa protein due to glycosylation by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
