• Bio-activity: The bioactivity is measured by its binding ability to Ipilimumab in a SPR assay. Immobilized Human FcGR2A / CD32a (H131), His Tag can bind Ipilimumab with affinity constant of around 2.3 uM. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA against immobilized Yervoy Ipilimumab (0.5 ug/well). The linear range is 0.5-16 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: This protein carries an Avi tag at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 24 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-38 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition due to glycosylation.
