Active Recombinant Human SIRPA protein, hFc&His-tagged

Cat.No. : SIRPA-2690H
Product Overview : Active Recombinant Human SIRP-alpha/CD172a Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Glu31-Arg370) of human SIRP alpha/CD172a (Accession #NP_542970.1) fused with an Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : hFc&His
Form : Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Bio-activity : 1.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human CD47 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human SIRP alpha with a linear range of 1-6 ng/mL.
2.Loaded Human SIRP-alpha/CD172a Protein, C-hFc&His on ProA Biosensor, can bind Human CD47 Protein, C-His Tag with an affinity constant of 11.1 nM as determined in BLI assay (Gator).
3.Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of the OVCAR-3 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.53-2.12 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : 80-100 kDa
Protein Length : Glu31-Arg370
Endotoxin : < 0.1 EU/μg of the protein by LAL method.
Purity : > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Store the lyophilized protein at -20°C to -80 °C for long term.
After reconstitution, the protein solution is stable at -20 °C for 3 months, at 2-8 °C for up to 1 week.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water.
Gene Name : SIRPA signal-regulatory protein alpha [ Homo sapiens ]
