Description : This gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in nervous system development, specifically in the maintenance of neural progenitor cell fate, neurite extension and synapse formation. The encoded protein, likely a pseudokinase that lacks catalytic activity, may also regulate adipogenesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Source : Mouse myeloma cell line
Species : Mouse
Tag : mFc
Form : Disulfide-linked homodimer
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Recombinant Mouse ROR1 Fc Chimera binds Biotinylated Recombinant Human/Mouse Wnt-5a with and ED50 of 10-60 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Mass: 69 kDa
SDS-PAGE: 88-100 kDa, reducing conditions
N-terminal Sequence Analysis : No results obtained. Gln30 inferred from enzymatic pyroglutamate treatment revealing Glu31.
Endotoxin : < 0.10 EU/μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95% by SDS-PAGE visualized with Silver Staining and quantitative densitometry by Coomassie® Blue Staining.
Storage : 12 months from date of receipt, ≤ -20 centigrade as supplied.
1 month, 2 to 8 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, ≤ -20 centigrade under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Storage Buffer : Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with Trehalose.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 500 μg/mL in PBS.
Shipping : The product is shipped at ambient temperature.
