Cat. No. : CCL14-167H
Description : CCL14, also known as Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 14, is member of a superfamily of inducible, secreted, proinflammatory cytokines. It has weak activities on human monocytes and acts via receptors that also recognize MIP-1α. It also enhances the proliferation of CD34 myeloid progenitor cells. The processed form of CCL14, designated HCC-1(9-74), is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, eosinophils and T cells and is a ligand for CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5.
Source : E.coli.
Form : Liquid. In Phosphate Buffered Saline pH7.4 containing 10% glycerol.
Molecular Weight : 10.9 kDa (95aa) confirmed by MALDI-TOF.
Purity : > 95% by SDS - PAGE.
