Recombinant Human CCL14, His-tagged

Cat. No.: CCL14-167H
Product Overview: Recombinant human CCL14 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purifed by conventional chromatography, after refolding of the isolated inclusion bodies in a renaturation buffer.
Description: CCL14, also known as Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 14, is member of a superfamily of inducible, secreted, proinflammatory cytokines. It has weak activities on human monocytes and acts via receptors that also recognize MIP-1α. It also enhances the proliferation of CD34 myeloid progenitor cells. The processed form of CCL14, designated HCC-1(9-74), is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, eosinophils and T cells and is a ligand for CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5.
Source: E.coli.
Form: Liquid. In Phosphate Buffered Saline pH7.4 containing 10% glycerol.
Molecular Weight: 10.9 kDa (95aa) confirmed by MALDI-TOF.
Purity: > 95% by SDS - PAGE.
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
Endotoxin Level: < 1.0 EU per 1 μg of protein (determined by LAL method).
