Cat. No. : CBFB-2776H
Description : CBFB, also known as PEBP2B, is the beta subunit of a heterodimeric core-binding transcription factor belonging to the PEBP2/CBF transcription factor family which master-regulates a host of genes specific to hematopoiesis (e.g., RUNX1) and osteogenesis (e.g., RUNX2). This protein is a non-DNA binding regulatory subunit and it allosterically enhances DNA binding by alpha subunit.
Source : E.coli.
Form : Liquid. In 20 mM MES (pH 6.0) containing 0.1 mM PMSF, 10% Glycerol.
Purity : > 85% by SDS - PAGE.
Concentration : 0.5 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
