Mouse Anti-Human Synaptophysin Monoclonal Antibody

Cat. No.: CAB-922MH
Specificity: Human synaptophysin
Host: Mouse
Clonality: Monoclonal
Positive Control: Neuroendocrine tumor
Staining Pattern: Cytoplasm
Specificity Note: Synaptophysin is a calcium-binding and integral membrane glycoprotein present in presynaptic vesicles in almost all neurons. Synaptophysin has four transmembrane domains and it forms a complex with dynamin at high calcium concentrations suggesting an involvement in synaptic vesicle endocytosis.
Applications: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, or IHC frozen sections. No antigen retrieval necessary.
Recommended Usage: IHC test, research use only.Incubate with samples at RT for 60min or at 4℃ overnight.
Storage: 2-8℃ for 12 months.
Unit: Can be packed on the basis of your request.
