Recombinant Mouse Fc receptor-like 5, His-tagged

Cat. No.: Fcrl5-503M
Product Overview: RecombinantMouse Fcrl5 protein was expressed in Murine myeloma cellline. Met1-Ala496,with a C-terminal 6-His tag.
Description: Fcrl5 is a 90-95kDa member of the FCRL family of proteins whose amino acid (aa) sequence isreminiscent of that for classical Fc receptors. FCLR molecules are type 1transmembrane proteins that contain from 3 to 9 immunoglobulin-like domains. They are differentially expressed within the B cell lineage, and can eitherpromote or inhibit B cell proliferation and activation. Mature mouse Fcrl5 consistsof a 470 aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a79 aa cytoplasmic region. The ECD contains five Iglike domains, while the cytoplasmicregion possesses one ITAM-like motif and one immunotyrosine inhibitory motif(ITIM).
Source: Murine myeloma cellline, NS0-derived.
Form: Lyophilized from a0.2 um filtered solution in PBS.
N-terminalSequence: Gln27 predicted
