Recombinant Mouse Chemokine (C-C motif) Ligand 25

Cat. No.: Ccl25-415M
Product Overview: Recombinantmouse Ccl25 protein was expressed in E. coli. Gln24-Asn144, with anN-terminal Met.
Description: Ccl25 is a novel CCchemokine that is distantly related (twenty-some% amino acid sequenceidentity) to other CC chemokines. Mouse Ccl25 cDNA encodes a 144 amino acidresidue precursor protein with a 23 amino acid residue signal peptide that iscleaved to yield a 121 residue mature protein.
Source: E. coli
Form: Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with BSA as a carrier protein.
N-terminal Sequence: Met
Molecular Weight: 14 kDa
Activity: Measured by itsability to chemoattract human CCR9 transfected BaF3 mouse pro-B cells. The ED50for this effect is typically 0.1-0.5 μg/mL.
Endotoxin Level: <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method.
Purity: >97%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute at 10μg/mL in sterile PBS that containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serumalbumin.
Storage: Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied. 1 month,2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions afterreconstitution.
