Recombinant Human Dual Specificity Phosphatase 3, His-tagged

Cat.No.: DUSP3-2492H
Product Overview: Recombinant human DUSP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 22.6 kDa.
Description: DUSP3 is a member of the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase superfamily, which are associated with cellular proliferation and differentiation. DUSP3 is expressed in both breast and ovarian tissues.
Source: E. coli
Species: Human
Tag: His
Form: Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT, 0.15M NaCl.
Bio-activity: Specific activity: >1,750 units/mg. Enzymatic activity was confirmed by measuring the amount of enzyme hydrolyzing 1 nmole of p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) per minute at 37C, pH7.5 using 10mM of substrate.
Molecular Mass: 22.6 kDa (205aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF.
