Product Overview: Recombinant human DUSP3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 22.6 kDa.
Description: DUSP3 is a member of the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase superfamily, which are associated with cellular proliferation and differentiation. DUSP3 is expressed in both breast and ovarian tissues.
