Recombinant Human APAF1 Interacting Protein, His-tagged

Cat.No.: APIP-6855H
Product Overview: Recombinant human APIP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography.
Description: APIP catalyzes the dehydration of methylthioribulose-1-phosphate into 2,3-diketo-5-methylthiopentyl-1-phosphate. It has an anti-apoptotic function and prevents muscle ischemic damage. This protein inhibits the cytochrome c-dependent and APAF1-mediated cell death.
