Recombinant Human POLR2J3 polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide J3, His-tagged

Cat.No.: POLR2J3-7175H
Product Overview: Recombinant human POLR2J3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW: 15.5 kDa.
Description: DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit RPB11-b2, also known as POLR2J3, belongs to the eukaryotic RPB11 RNA polymerase subunit family. POLR2J (DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit J) exist as three variants POLR2J1 (RPB11-a), POLR2J2 (RPB11-b1), and POLR2J3 (RPB11-b2). POLR2J3 is DNA-dependent RNA polymerases that catalyze the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates.
