Cat. No. : USP10-391H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human USP10 fused with an N-terminal FLAG-tag, expressed in a baculovirus-infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Description : Ubiquitin is a highly conserved protein that is covalently linked to other proteins to regulate their function and degradation. This gene encodes a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. The enzyme specifically cleaves ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated protein substrates. The protein is found in the nucleus and cytoplasm. It functions as a co-factor of the DNA-bound androgen receptor complex, and is inhibited by a protein in the Ras-GTPase pathway. The human genome contains several pseudogenes similar to this gene.
Source : Baculovirus
Molecular Mass : 88 kDa
Formulation : 45 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 124 mM NaCl, 2.4 mM KCl, 90 μg/ml Flag peptide, 10% glycerol, and 3 mM DTT.
Purity : ≥60%
Specific Activity : 23 pmol/min/μg. Assay conditions: Reaction was performed in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.4, 1 mM DTT, 0.5 mM EDTA, 500 nM Ub-AMC, and USP10 in a 50 μL reaction. Reaction was incubated at 37 °C for 15 min and fluorescent signal was measured at excitation 340 nm, emission 460 nm.
