Description : Anti-Mullerian hormone is a member of the transforming growth factor-beta gene family which mediates male sexual differentiation. Anti-Mullerian hormone causes the regression of Mullerian ducts which would otherwise differentiate into the uterus and fallopian tubes. Some mutations in the anti-Mullerian hormone result in persistent Mullerian duct syndrome.
Source : E. coli
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Supplied as lyophilized form in PBS, pH7.4, containing 5% sucrose, 0.01% sarcosyl.
Molecular Mass : 13.1 KDa.
Protein length : Ala453~Arg560
AA Sequence : The target protein is fused with N-terminal His-Tag, its sequence is listed below.MGHHHHHHSGSEF- AGATAADG PCALRELSVD LRAERSVLIP ETYQANNCQG VCGWPQSDRN PRYGNHVVLL LKMQVRGAAL ARPPCCVPTA YAGKLLISLS EERISAHHVP NMVATECGCR
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37ºC for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8ºC for one month. Aliquot and store at -80ºC for 12 months.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH7.2-pH7.4.
