Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hard copy of CoA.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human HMGB at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human AGER.The EC50 of human AGER is 0.27 μg/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human HMGB1 consists of 226 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rhHMGB1 is approximately 30-34 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Protein Length : Met1-Glu215
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 93 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Gene Name : HMGB1 high mobility group box 1 [ Homo sapiens ]
Official Symbol : HMGB1

Broad storage conditions of HMGB1ins make the experimental process more stable and reliable, which provides a strong guarantee for scientific research.

    05/02/2020

I found that tHMGB1 exhibited very good stability during storage, which allowed us to perform experiments easily and obtain reliable results.

      01/11/2019

The anti-contamination ability of HMGB1 was excellent in Western blot, and the contamination problem in the experiment was avoided.
