Recombinant Human Protein Kinase C, Theta, His-tagged

Cat. No.: PRKCQ-916H
Product Overview: PKC-q Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids 2-706 and having a molecular mass of 86 KD. This protein is the full-length form of the protein with an amino terminal poly His-tag. PKC-q is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Description: Protein kinase C ( PKC ) is a family of serine- and threonine-specific protein kinases that can be activated by calcium and the second messenger diacylglycerol. PKC family members phosphorylate a wide variety of protein targets and are known to be involved in diverse cellular signaling pathways. PKC family members also serve as major receptors for phorbol esters, a class of tumor promoters.
Source: Human
