Recombinant Human AP2M1, GST-tagged

Cat.No.: AP2M1-9717H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human AP2M1 protein, fused to GST-tag, was expressed in E.coli and purified by GSH-sepharose.
Description: This gene encodes a subunit of the heterotetrameric coat assembly protein complex 2 (AP2), which belongs to the adaptor complexes medium subunits family. The encoded protein is required for the activity of a vacuolar ATPase, which is responsible for proton pumping occurring in the acidification of endosomes and lysosomes. The encoded protein may also play an important role in regulating the intracellular trafficking and function of CTLA-4 protein. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Source: E.coli
Species: Human
Tag: GST
Protein length: C-term-269a.a.
Storage: The protein is stored in PBS buffer at -20℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Storage Buffer: 1M PBS (58mM Na2HPO4,17mM NaH2PO4, 68mM NaCl, pH8. ) added with 100mM GSH and 1% Triton X-100,15%glycerol.
