||Recombinant Human NCK2 is produced inE.Coli.
||The NCK family of SH2/SH3 adaptor proteins consists of two members, NCK1 and NCK2, which couple tyrosine kinase signaling, including the EGF and PDGF receptor-pathways, to downstream signaling proteins. The NCK2 (amino acids 119-27) protein binds human PDGFR-b (Tyr-1009); over expression of NCK2 inhibits PDGF-induced membrane ruffling and lamellipod formation.
||Greater than 90.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
||Sterile Filtered clear solution.
||NCK2 protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
||• ELISA • Inhibition Assays • Western Blotting
||On SDS-PAGE coomassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 45 kDa.
||Store vial at -20ºC to -80ºC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
