Recombinant Human FLT3LG

Cat.No.: FLT3LG-1235H
Product Overview: Recombinant Human Flt3-Ligand is a soluble 17.6kDa polypeptide containing 155 amino acid residues, which comprises of the extracellular transmembrane domain of the Flt3-ligand protein. Flt3-ligand (flk2-ligand) stimulates the proliferation and colony formation of certain BM precursor cells including CD34+ cells.
Description: Dendritic cells (DCs) provide the key link between innate and adaptive immunity by recognizing pathogens and priming pathogen-specific immune responses. FLT3-LG controls the development of DCs and is particularly important for plasmacytoid DCs and CD8(see MIM 186910)-positive classical DCs and their CD103-positive tissue counterparts.
