Cat.No. : ATG7-1076H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human ATG7 (Accession # O95352), fused with an N-terminal 6-His tag, was produced in Spodoptera frugiperda, Sf 21 (baculovirus)-derived.
Source : Baculovirus Sf21 Insect Cells
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : X mg/ml (X µM) in 50 mM HEPES pH 7.0, 150 mM NaCl, 2 mM TCEP, 10% glycerol
Bio-activity : Recombinant Human His6-ATG7 (Apg7) is a member of the Apg-activating (E1) enzyme family that is required for the first step of the enzymatic cascade that subsequently utilizes a Apg-conjugating (E2) enzyme and a Apg ligase (E3) to conjugate Apg to substrate proteins. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial Recombinant Human His6-ATG7 (Apg7) concentration of 50-200 nM.
Molecular Mass : Recombinant Human ATG7, His-tagged has a calculated MW of 80 kDa.
Purity : >90%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by Colloidal Coomassie® Blue stain.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss was observed after storage at: In lyophilized state for 1 year (4ºC); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70ºC).
