Cat.No. : XCL1-160H
Product Overview : The extracellular domain of human XCL1 (AAH70309.1) (Val22-Gly114) is fused to the N-terminus of the Fc region of mouse lgG2a.
Description : This gene encodes a member of the chemokine superfamily. Chemokines function in inflammatory and immunologicalresponses, inducing leukocyte migration and activation. The encoded protein is a member of the C-chemokinesubfamily, retaining only two of four cysteines conserved in other chemokines, and is thought to be specificallychemotactic for T cells. This gene and a closely related family member are located on the long arm of chromosome1
Source : CHO cell
Species : Human
Form : Lyophilized from 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS.
Bio-activity : Measured by its ability to chemoattract BaF3 mouse proB cells.
Molecular Mass : 36KDa (monomer)
AA Sequence : Val22-Gly114
Endotoxin : <0.06 eu/μg as determined by lal>
Purity : >98%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Stability : Stable for at least 1 year after receipt when stored at -20°C. Working aliquots are stable for up to 3 months when stored at -20°C.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 100μg/ml in sterile PBS.
Warning : Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
