|Cat. No. :
|Product Overview :
||Recombinant Human Parkinson disease (autosomal recessive, early onset) 7 (His-Tagged) produced inE.Coliis a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain. The protein contains 225 amino acids and has a molecular mass of 24 kDa.
||The DJ-1 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization, cancer, RNA-binding, androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the DJ-1 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson's disease 7 (Park7).
