|Product Overview :
||Recombinant Human adaptor-related protein complex 3, sigma 2 subunit produced inE.coliis a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids (1-193) and having a total molecular mass of 22.2 kDa. rhAP3S2 contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
||Part of the AP-3 complex, an adapter-related complex which is not clathrin-associated. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes.
