Recombinant Mouse Deleted In Colorectal Carcinoma

Cat. No. : Dcc-1718M
Description : Deleted in Colorectal Carcinoma, also known as DCC is a tumor suppressor gene found in axons of the central and peripheral nervous system and in differentiated cell types of the intestine. DCC may participate in signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation and/or differentiation, two cellular processes that often go awry during tumorigenesis. DCC is required for the formation of major axonal projections by embryonic cortical neurons, including the corpus callosum, hippocampal commissure, and cortico-thalamic tracts.
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse DCC is Mr 146 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 160-170 kDa.
Source : Sf 21 Insect Cells.
State Of Matter : Lyophilized.
Purity : >90% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method.
Storage And Stability : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20℃ to -70℃. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2℃ to 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. See Product Insert for exact lot specific storage instructions.
