|Cat. No. :
||IL-7 receptor alpha (IL-7Ra), also known as CD127, is expressed on bone marrow lymphoid precursors, pro-B cells, monocytes/macrophages, natural killer (NK) cells, naïve T cells and memory CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. IL-7Ra is also expressed on non-immune somatic cells such as intestinal colorectal and renal carcinoma cell lines and keratinocytes. IL-7Ralpha displays a synergistic decrease in the number of T-cell, NK-cell and multipotent progenitors in the thymus, indicating that these distinct survival pathways converge to promote the development of multipotent lymphoid progenitors.
|Molecular Weight :
||The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse IL-7 Rα is Mr 51.6 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 55-60 kDa.
|State Of Matter :
||>90% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain..
||<0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
|Storage And Stability :
||This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°Cto -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°Cto 8°Cfor one month or at -20°Cto -70°Cin a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. See Product Insert for exact lot specific storage instructions.
