Recombinant Human Syndecan Binding Protein (Syntenin), His-tagged

Cat. No. : SDCBP-3367H
Product Overview : Recombinant human SDCBP protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed inE.coliand purified by using conventional chromatography. MW = 34.6kDa(318aa).
Description : SDCBP, also known as Syntenin1, is a multifunctional intracellular adapter protein. This protein contains tandemly repeated PDZ domains that react with the FYA (phe-tyr-ala) carboxyterminal amino acid sequence of the syndecans. It is involved in organization of protein complexes in the plasma membranes, regulation of B-cell development, activation of transcription factors, intracellular trafficking and cell-surface targeting, synaptic transmission, and axonal outgrowth.
Source : E.coli.
Form : Liquid. In 20 mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 8.0) containing 100 mM NaCl, 40% Glycerol.
Purity : > 90% by SDS - PAGE.
Concentration : 0.5 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
