|Product Overview :
||Recombinant human CDKN3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed inE.coliand purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW = 25.9 kDa (232aa).
||Cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 3, also known CDKN3, belongs to the dual specificity protein phosphatase family. It was identified as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, and has been shown to interact with, and dephosphorylate CDK2 kinase, thus prevent the activation of CDK2 kinase. Also CDKN3 is important in cell cycle regulation.
