Recombinant Human Ras Homolog Gene Family, His-tagged

Cat. No.: RHOA-3372H
Product Overview: Recombinant human RhoA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed inE.coliand purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. MW = 25.7 kDa(227aa).
Description: RhoA belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Rho family, proteins involved in the regulation and timing of cell division. This protein is a small GTPase protein to regulate the actin cytoskeleton in the formation of stress fibers and acts upon two known effector proteins: ROCK1 (Rho-associated, coiled-coil containing protein kinase 1) and DIAPH1 (diaphanous homolog 1 (Drosophila).
Source: E.coli.
Form: Liquid. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 20% glycerol 0.1M NaCl,1mM DTT.
Purity: > 90% by SDS - PAGE.
Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml (determined by Bradford assay).
