||Recombinant Human PIM1, Amino acids M1-K313, N-terminally fused to GST-HIS6-Thrombin cleavage site, was expressed inSf9cells. MW = 65,423 Da.
||Pim-1 is a proto-oncogene which encodes for the serine/threonine kinase of the same name. The pim-1 oncogene was first described in relation to murine T-cell lymphomas, as it was the locus most frequently activated by the Moloney murine leukemia virus. Subsequently, the oncogene has been implicated in multiple human cancers, including prostate cancer, acute myeloid leukemia and other hematopoietic malignancies.
||Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells.
||One-step affinity purification using GSH-agarose.
||PIM1 was confirmed as human PIM1 by mass spectroscopy LC-ESIMS/ MS (Protagen AG, Germany).
