Serum amyloid A (SAA) is an acute phase reactant that can become the predominant apolipoprotein in HDL during severe inflammatory conditions. Sold on the basis of total protein content. ≥80 µg/ml SAA content by EIA.
• Form: In 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM EDTA, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% NaN₃, pH 8.0.
