Description : | Zinc dependant endopeptidase that activates Factor X to Xa and Factor IX to IXa-alpha. This protease is inhibited by EDTA and o-phenanthroline. RVV-X is a glycoprotein that consists of two disulfide linked subunits of molecular weights 67kD and 26kD and is highly pure and homogenous by SDS-PAGE. |
