Antigen Description : | Cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 2, also known as Cell surface glycoprotein CD200 receptor 1-like, Cell surface glycoprotein OX2 receptor 2, CD200 receptor-like 2, CD200Rla, CD200R1L and CD200R2, is a single-pass type I membrane protein which belongs to the CD200R family. CD200R1L / CD200R2. It contains one Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. CD200 is a transmembrane protein delivering immunoregulatory signals after engagement of CD200R. A family of CD200Rs exist ( CD200R1, CD200R2, CD200R3, CD200R4 ) with different tissue expression and functional activity. In the presence of anti-CD200R2 / CD200R3 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), bone-marrow cells cultured in the presence of (interleukin [IL]-4+granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) differentiate into dendritic cells (DCs), which induce CD4+CD25+ Treg. Interaction between the relatively ubiquitously expressed molecule CD200 and one of its receptors, CD200R1, resulted in direct suppression of alloreactivity, engagement of alternate receptors led instead to altered differentiation of dendritic cells (DCs) from marrow precursors, which could in turn foster development of Foxp3(+) regulatory T cells. Unlike anti-CD200R1, anti-CD200R2 both promotes development of DCs with capacity to induce Treg and directly augments thymocyte production of Treg. |

Customer Reviews (3)
Write a reviewThe wide range of applications of CD200R1L shows its important role in scientific research and provides strong support for scientific research.
After using CD200R1L, the background of the Western blot was very clean with no nonspecific signal.
This stability of CD200R1L was still very good in the process of performing complex biological experiments, indicating that it has excellent within-batch and between-batch stability.
Q&As (6)
Ask a questionThe expression level of CD200R1L proteins may change during the development and progression of certain diseases. For example, in some immune diseases, the expression level of CD200R1L may be down-regulated, leading to increased immune cell activity and an intensified inflammatory response. However, the association between specific changes and different diseases and the regulatory mechanism need further research to clarify.
Up-regulation and down-regulation of CD200R1L proteins can be achieved through a variety of pathways. For example, specific agonists or inhibitors can be used to modulate the signaling pathways of CD200R1L, affecting their expression and function. In addition, certain cytokines and extracellular signaling molecules may also play regulatory roles by influencing the expression of CD200R1L. Specific up-regulation and down-regulation methods need to select appropriate strategies according to the research purpose and experimental conditions.
Polymorphisms in CD200R1L genes may be associated with susceptibility to certain diseases, but this is currently not well studied. Some studies suggest that polymorphismic variations in CD200R1L genes may affect the expression level, function, and interaction with the ligand CD200, thereby affecting immunomodulatory processes. However, more research is needed to verify this association.
CD200R1L proteins play a role in tumor immune evasion. Studies have found that some tumor cells can inhibit the activity of CD200R1L-positive immune cells (such as macrophages, dendritic cells, etc.) by expressing CD200 ligands highly, reducing the killing effect of immune cells on tumor cells, thereby promoting tumor growth and metastasis. The regulation of CD200R1L signaling pathways may help reverse tumor immune escape and improve the effectiveness of tumor immunotherapy.
It play a role in inhibiting the activity of immune cells in immune tolerance. After binding to its ligand CD200, CD200R1L reduces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by inhibiting the activation signaling pathway of immune cells, thereby regulating the intensity of the immune response, maintaining the balance of the immune system, and preventing tissue damage caused by excessive immune response.
CD200R1L proteins have potential applications in immunotherapy. Studies have shown that by regulating CD200R1L signaling pathways, immune cells can enhance the ability of immune cells to attack tumor cells and improve the effect of immunotherapy. In addition, the regulatory role of CD200R1L in autoimmune diseases may also provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
