| Protein Length : | 1302-1499a.a. |
| Description : | The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of aminophospholipid-transporting ATPases. The aminophospholipid translocases transport phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine from one side of a bilayer to another. This gene is maternally expressed. It maps within the most common interval of deletion responsible for Angelman syndrome, also known as happy puppet syndrome. |
| Storage : | The protein is stored in PBS buffer at -20℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles. |
| Storage Buffer : | 1M PBS (58mM Na2HPO4,17mM NaH2PO4, 68mM NaCl, pH8. ) added with 300mM Imidazole and 0.7% Sarcosyl, 15%glycerol. |
