• Bio-activity: 1.Flow cytometric analysis of anti-EpCAM CAR expression. 293 cells were lentivirally transduced with anti-EpCAM CAR. Flow cytometric analysis was performed with a negative control protein and AF 488-conjugated human EpCAM protein, respectively. Non-transduced 293 cells were used as a control.
  2.Binding activity of PE-labeled EpCAM protein to PBMC cells. PBMC cells were stained with anti-CD3 antibody and AF 488-conjugated human EpCAM protein and detected by flow cytometry. PBMC cells stained with anti-CD3 antibody were used as a control.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant Human EpCAM consists of AA Met1-Lys265 with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. It has a predicted molecular mass of 30.9 kDa.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
• Purity: ≥ 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -70°C in lyophilized form and 3 months at -70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Protect from prolonged exposure to light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
