Cat. No. : |
FGF22-563H |
Description : |
Human FGF-22 is a member of the FGF-7 subfamily of growth factors. Human FGF-22 shares 86% homology to Mouse FGF-22, and is synthesized by multiple cell lines including neurons, keratinocytes and skeletal muscle myotubes. It is believed to function as an organizer of the presynaptic apparatus. |

Form : |
Lyophilized with no additives. |
Purity : |
Purity Greater than 97% as determined by: Analysis by RP-HPLC. Reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE. |
Physical Appearance : |
Sterile Filtered white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. |
Solubility : |
Centrifuge vial before opening. When reconstituting the product, gently pipet and wash down the sides of the vial to ensure full recovery of the protein into solution. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile water at a concentration of 0.1mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. |
