Recombinant Human IFNAR1 Protein, His-tagged

Cat.No.: IFNAR1-509H
Product Overview: Recombinant human IFNAR1 isoform 1 (P17181-1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Lys 436) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
Source: HEK293
Species: Human
Tag: His
Predicted N Terminal: Lys 28
Form: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IFNAR1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 420 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 48.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the reduced monomer is approximately 70-80 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity: >97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4ºC before opening to recover the entire contents.
