Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA against immobilized Human IGFBP-3, His Tag (0.5 μg/well). The linear range is 0.008-0.1 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries an Avi tag at the N-terminus, followed by a human IgG1 Fc fragment. The protein has a calculated MW of 35.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 40 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing condition and 66 kDa under non-reducing condition.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
