It contains AA Tyr 26 - Met 1089 (ITGAL) & Gln 23 - Asn 700 (ITGB2) (Accession # P20701-1 (ITGAL) & P05107-1 (ITGB2)). Subunit ITGAL is fused with an acidic tail at the C-terminus and followed by a polyhistidine tag and an Avi tag and subunit ITGB2 contains no tag but a basic tail at the C-terminus.

• Storage: For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20ºC or lower. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss is observed after storage at: 4-8ºC for 12 months in lyophilized state; -70ºC for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
