• Bio-activity: 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of Anti-CD112 Antibody bound to Nectin-2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) was 34.4 nM.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant mature human CD112 consists 340 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 36.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 48 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
