• Description: Ku70 forms a protein complex with Ku80. The Ku70-Ku80 complex binds to DNA ends and doublestranded DNA breaks. This complex is involved in nonhomologous end joining (NHEJ) for double-strand DNA break repair, and is also involved in NHEJ during V(D)J recombination of immunoglobulin genes.
