Ask a question
How does AMHR2 contribute to the development and maintenance of male and female reproductive organs? 12/09/2020

AMHR2 is involved in the development and maintenance of male and female reproductive organs, including the testes, ovaries, and genital ducts.

What are the functional consequences of AMHR2 mutations or dysregulation on reproductive health and fertility? 11/30/2019

Mutations or dysregulation of AMHR2 can lead to reproductive abnormalities, such as persistent M眉llerian duct syndrome or disorders of sexual development.

What is the role of AMHR2 in mediating AMH-induced M眉llerian duct regression during male sexual differentiation? 05/26/2019

AMHR2 plays a crucial role in mediating the AMH-induced regression of M眉llerian ducts in male embryos, allowing for the development of the male reproductive system.

What is the role of AMHR2 in non-reproductive tissues or diseases outside the reproductive system? 12/11/2018

Besides its role in the reproductive system, AMHR2 may have additional functions in non-reproductive tissues or diseases, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target beyond reproduction.

How does AMHR2 signaling cross-talk with other signaling pathways involved in reproductive processes, such as the Wnt/尾-catenin or Notch pathways? 12/08/2018

AMHR2 signaling pathways may cross-talk with other signaling pathways, such as the Wnt/尾-catenin or Notch pathways, to fine-tune reproductive processes and organ development.

What are the genetic and epigenetic factors that influence AMHR2 expression and its variations among individuals? 09/24/2018

AMHR2 expression can be influenced by genetic variations and epigenetic modifications that contribute to inter-individual differences in AMHR2 levels.

How does AMHR2 interact with AMH ligand and other co-receptors to initiate signaling cascades? 06/15/2018

AMHR2 forms a complex with AMH ligand and the co-receptor, AMH receptor type 2 (ACVR2A), to initiate signaling cascades.

How is AMHR2 expression regulated during embryonic development and tissue-specific differentiation? 05/02/2018

AMHR2 expression is regulated by various factors during embryonic development and tissue-specific differentiation, including transcription factors and hormonal cues.

Can modulating AMHR2 signaling pathways be a potential therapeutic approach for reproductive disorders or conditions with abnormal M眉llerian duct development? 07/19/2017

Modulating AMHR2 signaling pathways may hold therapeutic potential for managing reproductive disorders characterized by abnormal M眉llerian duct development or function.

What are the downstream signaling pathways activated by AMHR2 and their roles in reproductive organ development and homeostasis? 03/14/2017

AMHR2 activates the Smad signaling pathway, leading to downstream gene expression changes involved in reproductive organ development and maintenance.
