• Product Overview: Recombinant Mouse CD8A & CD8B Heterotrimer Protein (NP_001074579.1)(Met1-Tyr196) & (NP_033988.1)(Met1-Thr175) was produced by HEK293 Cells expression system. The CD8A protein was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1. The CD8B protein was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the mouse CD8A&CD8B heterodimer was purified.
