Description : Enables interleukin-1 binding activity and interleukin-1 receptor activity. Acts upstream of or within negative regulation of gene expression and negative regulation of interleukin-1-mediated signaling pathway. Located in cytoplasm. Is expressed in several structures, including dorsal aorta; gut; pituitary gland; reproductive system; and thymus. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in aggressive periodontitis. Orthologous to human IL1R2 (interleukin 1 receptor type 2).
Source : E. coli
Species : Mouse
Tag : His
Form : Freeze-dried powder
Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Mass: 29.9 kDa
Accurate Molecular Mass: 30 kDa
Protein length : Phe14-Pro247
Purity : > 97%
Applications : Positive Control; Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB.
Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
