Phe25~Thr211 |
Description : |
This gene encodes a member of the interleukin family of cytokines that have important functions in immune response, hematopoiesis, inflammation and the acute phase response. The ectopic overexpression of the encoded protein in mice results in excessive plasma cells in circulation, leading to death. Mice lacking the encoded protein exhibit abnormalities in hepatic acute phase response, some immune mechanisms, bone resorption in response to estrogen, liver regeneration and wound healing. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. |
Form : |
Freeze-dried powder |
Molecular Mass : |
Predicted Molecular Mass: 23.3kDa; Accurate Molecular Mass: 26-33kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE reducing conditions. |
Endotoxin : |
<1.0EU per 1ug (determined by the LAL method) |

Isoelectric point is 6.5. |
Applications : |
SDS-PAGE; WB; ELISA; IP; CoIP; EMSA; Reporter Assays; Purification; Amine Reactive Labeling |
Stability : |
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |

200ug/mL |
Storage buffer : |
20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, pH8.0, containing 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. |
Reconstitution : |
Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex |
