Description : | Interleukin-7 is a glycoptorein involved in the regulation of lymphopoiesis. Response of cells to IL7 is dependent on the presence of the interleukin 7 receptor (IL7R); the active receptor is a alpha/gamma chain heterodimer. The gamma(c) chain, which also associates with the interleukin-2 receptor, serves primarily to activate signal transduction by the IL7R complex, while the alpha chain of IL7R determines specific signaling events through its association with cytoplasmic signaling molecules. |
Source : | E. coli |
Species : | Mouse |
Tag : | His |
Form : | Freeze-dried powder |
Molecular Mass : | Predicted Molecular Mass: 20.7kDa |
Protein length : | Val48~Phe217 (Accession# P16872) |

Stability : | The thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. (Referring from China Biological Products Standard, which was calculated by the Arrhenius equation.) The loss of this protein is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |

Q&As (6)
Ask a questionIL7R is a potential drug for tumor immunotherapy, which is expected to enhance anti-tumor immune response, but further research and clinical demonstration are still needed.
Recombinant IL7R can enhance the body's immune response, but there is not enough evidence to show that it can be used to treat immune system failure.
It can enhance the immune response ability of T cells and improve the immune response of the body, so as to have a therapeutic effect on immune-related diseases.
There is no clear evidence that IL7R has a synergistic effect with immune checkpoint inhibitors, but this research direction deserves further exploration.
IL7R has been associated with immune-related diseases such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.
The use of IL7R is patient specific and may be subject to some limitations, such as pregnant and lactating women and patients with certain immune-related diseases.
