• Storage: Store the protein at -20 centigrade or below. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or below.

• Reconstitution: Add 200 µL of ddH2O to make the final concentration of 1 µg/µL in PBS Buffer. 0.04-0.2 µL of Multiple Tag is recommended for each lane of the minigel (for accurate loading, dilute with PBS Buffer).
