Description : Flt3-L (Flt3 Ligand) is a membrane protein, homologous to SCF and M-CSF, that stimulates early hematopoietic cytokines. In vivo and ex vivo tests have confirmed that Flt3-L can regulate the proliferation and differentiation of non-erythroid hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. In synergy with various cytokines, Flt3-L can promote the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of pre-B lymphocytes, dendritic cells (DC), natural killer (NK) cells, and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL), and thus has important anti-tumor effects.
