Source : HEK293
Species : Canine
Tag : His-Avi
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Human PD-L1, Fc Tag at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Canine PD-1, His,Avitag with a linear range of 0.001-0.125 μg/mL. Immobilized Biotinylated Canine PD-1, His,Avitag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 with a linear range of 0.004-1 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag). The protein has a calculated MW of 19.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 32-36 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Proteinlength : Leu25-Gly168
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
