|Official Full Name||Pdcd1 programmed cell death 1|
|Background||CD279 is a 50-55 kD immunoglobulin superfamily member, also known as programmed death-1 (PD-1). PD-1 is expressed on a subset of CD4-CD8-thymocytes, and on activated T and B cells. PD-1 is thought to be involved in lymphocyte clonal selection and peripheral tolerance. The PD-1 ligands, PD-L1 (also known as B7-H1) and PD-L2 (B7-DC), are members of the B7 immunoglobulin superfamily.|

pdcd1 has direct interactions with proteins and molecules. Those interactions were detected by several methods such as yeast two hybrid, co-IP, pull-down and so on. We selected proteins and molecules interacted with pdcd1 here. Most of them are supplied by our site. Hope this information will be useful for your research of pdcd1.
