Bio-activity : Immobilized Anti-Syndecan-1 antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human Syndecan-1, His Tag with a linear range of 0.078-2.5 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 25.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
